With event management, Ashley, our Event Producer and Designer, helps you finalize those details that maybe you didn’t think of so that nothing gets missed. Event management encompasses 6 in-person meetings, phone and email consultations, venue walkthrough, budget advice, guest accommodation management, vendor selection assistance, timeline and floor plan consultation and management, rental assistance, final venue walkthrough, rehearsal coordination, and wedding day coordination. Our Event Design service is to help you create an event that totally reflects your personality. We want people to leave your event thinking “Wow! That was totally…” With Event Design, we sit down with you to talk through your inspiration for the day and work with you to bring it to life. We can work with you to figure out your budget allotment for design and decor, custom vendor recommendations for the design, stationary consultation, work in tandem with your floral design, and do a final venue walkthrough to make sure your design comes to life.
